Prestige was issued a void as part of our framework agreement with our client, the works consisted of a full void refurbishment which included a new bathroom, new kitchen, asbestos removal, taking down partition walls to open up the bathroom making it more user friendly. The works were a quick turnaround due to the client having a resident waiting to be put in. As part of our service we showed the resident the ongoing progress with the property and made some minor adjustments throughout based on the client and residents instruction.
