The project brief was to replace existing brick paving with tarmac paving with new kerb edging to improve drainage, remove and refit handrails and ensure inspection covers were accessible and operational. The work location was in a supported living /sheltered accommodation block, so it was paramount we maintained safe access and egress during the works, which meant liaison with wardens to ensure we solved the residents' issues.
