Prestige was appointed by Enfield Council to deliver roof replacement works to an occupied house in North London. The Council had a complaint with the tenant due to an ongoing roof leak, which hadn’t been resolved. We provided a reactive service to first assess the leak and make safe and informed the tenant and the council that a roof replacement was required and how long the works would take. Following approval from the council, we proceeded with the works, providing the tenant and council with daily updates. We erected scaffolding and provided a full tile roof replacement within one week. We provided evidence of works including photographs before and after and joint inspections. The complaint was resolved, and the tenant and council were satisfied with the outcome.
