Peabody Housing Association appointed Prestige through their specialist framework to deliver Kitchen Replacement Works to an occupied flat in central London.
We provided our direct work labour force to provide the kitchen replacement, which included plumbing, gas, and replacement of kitchen components. We delivered to the specified resident choices within three days. In addition, we provided the tenant with an inspection of the works and provided training on the new kitchen components. Our quick turnaround caused minimal disruption.
Due to our successful delivery, we continue to work with Peabody HA delivering multiple kitchen replacements with tenants in occupation.
