Prestige was appointed by CHP, through their void’s framework, to deliver bathroom refurbishment works to a sheltered accommodation apartment in Chelmsford. We provided our direct work labour force to convert the wet room into a bathroom, we delivered the works to the required resident choices and CHP specification and within 3.5 days. Our quick turnaround ensured we caused minimal disruption, successfully achieving 100% satisfaction from the tenant. Due to our successful delivery, we continue to work with CHP delivering multiple kitchen and bathroom replacements with tenants in occupation.
